Q: How many slots will you open for?

A: We will always open for only 2 slots at a time.

 

Q: Why only 2?

A: Because when working on 2 at a time its better for both us and customer. Plus we can open for new commissions more frequently,

Q: Do you have a pricelist where i can find information?

A: Yes we do! You can find it here.

 

Q: Can i get a quote so i know how much to save up?

A: We can’t give out exact quotes until near opening date, but we do have a pricelist you can look at.

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We ship from the Netherlands. But we also ship worldwide.

Q: Can I come over to your workshop to get a DTD made/pick up my suit?
A: No! Under no circumstances do we allow this.

Q: Your prices are in Euro's but i'm from [insert non-euro country here], can i pay in my own currency?

A: No, we only accept Euro's as currency is always changing. You can fill in the currency you want to pay in on paypal and they will calculate the most recent currency value for you.

Q: Do you do payment plans?
A: Yes we do! As long as 40% downpayment is made we are very flexible with further payments. But please, always do this in consultation with us.

Q: Can I apply for a commission if i only want a quote?
A: No you can't. Once you're accepted you'll be send an invoice through paypal.

Q: I want to commission you but I can't pay the downpayment. Can you hold a slot for me?

A: No, we will not hold slots. If you can't pay then please wait till next opening. Our commission openings aren't far apart so you can try later.
